As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the guest experience at one of London’s most dynamic destinations. From overseeing fast-paced floor and counter service to inspiring your team and keeping operations seamless, you’ll be at the centre of the action in this landmark location. As the first face our guests see, you’ll embody our 100% Hospitality ethos: warm, welcoming, and always attentive to the details that make every visit exceptional.
Directly reports into: House Manager.

Working alongside the management team in your House to mentor and support your team, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to deliver WatchHouse standards.
