£25,000 - £45,000 (DOE)  
 4 Days in Office + WFH Mondays (Once probation passed)

We're working with an independent brokerage in Leicester (part of a global group) to find Commercial Account Handlers across Real Estate and General Commercial teams. With premiums ranging from £8,000 - £20,000 GWP, you'll gain exposure to substantial commercial accounts from day one and no two days will be the same.
Whether you're a recent graduate, career-changer, or an experienced handler, the focus here is on attitude, enthusiasm, and people skills. If you're passionate about building a career, you'll be supported all the way.

 The Role
Supporting account executives with client servicing and renewals.
Handling a mix of mid-market and large commercial clients (average GWP £8,000-£9,000).
Day-to-day use of Acturis to process policies and documentation.
Real Estate OR General Commercial lines
Building relationships with insurers and clients.
Opportunity to grow into a client-facing Account Executive role.

Insurance experience not essential for entry-level (£25k-£28k); full training provided.
