Job title: M&E Project Manager

Pay: £65,000 - £75,000

Location: Richmond

O'Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a full time M&E Project Manager to work for one of the industries biggest names on a water treatment programme. As M&E Project Manager your duties will include making sure the project is on schedule and within budget by utilising Last Planner techniques and liaising with the commercial team, ensuring the project is in-line with Health and Safety Regulations and managing operational teams and subcontractors on site.

The successful M&E Project Manager candidate must have:

* Solid understanding of construction management best practices, including experience with Mechanical, Electrical and automation works.

* IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.

* CSCS/EUSR and SMSTS certifications.

* Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook) experience

* Strong Operational and commercial awareness within utility works

* Previous experience in the Water treatment Industry (Understanding of WIMES, CESWI).

* Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour in a multi-trade environment
