We're recruiting for a hands-on finishing role with a well-established manufacturer in the Pershore area. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, full training, and a clean, structured working environment.

The Role
Working as part of a small production team, this role involves manual finishing of precision components. You'll use hand tools to remove excess material, clean up features, and prepare parts for the next stage of production. The work is consistent, process-driven, and suited to someone who is methodical and focused.

Key Responsibilities

Performing visual checks on components

*

Using hand tools such as files, scalpels, or abrasives to finish surfaces

*

Cleaning and shaping small features as per work instructions

*

Following production processes and meeting quality standards

*

Keeping your work area tidy and organised

*

Working efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

*

Comfortable with repetitive tasks that require focus

*

Able to follow instructions and meet production targets

*

Experience in finishing, light assembly, or quality-checking roles is useful but not essential - training is provided
