Job Overview
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team. This role focuses on delivering an outcome-focused assessment service for adults with physical disabilities or age-related needs.

This is a hybrid role, offering a balance between office-based and remote working.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outcome-focused assessments for adults with physical disabilities and age-related conditions.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely support and interventions.

Develop person-centred care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.

Maintain accurate records and case management documentation.

Requirements

Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant professional registration.

Experience providing assessment services for adults with physical disabilities or age-related needs.

Strong communication and assessment skills.

Experience within a local authority setting is desirable.
