We're looking for an experienced, confident Service Manager to take the lead at a respected, independent automotive repair centre in Bromley. With the owner stepping away from day-to-day operations, you'll have real autonomy to shape the service department, drive standards, and take ownership of performance.

What we need from you:

* Proven track record as a Service Manager or in a senior workshop management role (minimum 3 years)

* Strong leadership skills — able to motivate a team and manage a busy workshop with ease

* Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

* Comfortable with modern garage systems (Garage Hive experience a big advantage)
