Experience with EXCEL Pivot Tables and V-Lookups is highly advantageous.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working as part of a friendly and collaborative finance team of four, you will take on a broad and engaging remit, including:

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparing monthly journal entries
• Completing daily bank reconciliations, including foreign currency transactions
• Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing fixed asset records
• Preparing prepayments and accruals
• Posting monthly payroll journals
• Working on the nominal ledger
• Full responsibility for the purchase ledger, from matching, batching and coding through to payment
• Sales ledger duties, including statement reconciliations
• Credit control activities
• Preparing VAT returns

This is an excellent career opportunity that would suit individuals with a bookkeeping qualification, AAT qualification or those currently studying. Applications are also welcomed from candidates who are qualified by experience.

This role is office based.
