We're hiring a Dining Room Manager for an intimate, high-touch Japanese concept in Atlanta. This is a polished, detail-driven environment where service is intentional, elevated, and guest experience is everything.
What you'll do:
- Lead the front-of-house team and own the dining room
- Drive service standards, pacing, and overall floor execution
- Create a warm, seamless, and highly attentive guest experience
- Train, coach, and develop a strong service team
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in fine dining or elevated hospitality
- Strong floor presence — calm, organized, and hands-on
- High attention to detail and service standards
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Wine/sake knowledge is a plus
