About the Role

We are looking for a full-time SEN TA with a specialism in supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who present with challenging behaviours linked to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, autism, or other additional learning difficulties. You'll be working closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and external professionals to implement individualised strategies and behaviour management plans that help each child succeed both emotionally and academically.

The role requires a calm, nurturing presence and a proactive, can-do attitude. You will play a vital role in helping children build trust, emotional regulation, and confidence, empowering them to thrive in the classroom.
