Solutions Billing Executive
Chippenham (Hybrid) | Up to £28,000 Basic

Join a well-established and growing IT solutions provider supporting a mix of managed services, annuity-based billing, and complex solution orders. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting monthly invoice runs, resolving customer billing queries, maintaining internal platforms, and working cross-functionally with finance, sales, and supply chain teams. Ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a head for numbers, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years' experience in billing, finance support, or order processing
• Confident using Excel and working with numerical data
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Nice to have:

• Exposure to IT, tech, or services billing environments
• Familiarity with customer invoicing platforms or internal finance systems
