Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) 40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting a Temporary Administrator to support a personnel file audit project based on-site in Burntisland. This is a fixed-term role for 6 weeks, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and auditing personnel files to ensure they are complete and compliant
Identifying and flagging any missing or inconsistent documentation
Organising, scanning, and archiving records
Always maintaining confidentiality and data protection
Liaising with internal teams as required for file updates or clarification

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience, ideally in HR or compliance
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Confidentiality and professionalism essential
