People Dynamix are working with a fantastic independent school in Knowsley who are seeking a proactive and friendly School Administrator to join their busy front office team from January 2026 or sooner for the right candiate. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a school that genuinely values its staff and prides itself on creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

The role:
You'll be the first point of contact for parents, staff and visitors - so we're looking for someone who's confident, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include:

• Answering phones and managing emails

• Welcoming visitors and signing in guests

• Supporting staff with administrative tasks

• Updating SIMS and other school systems

• Handling pupil attendance and registers

• Supporting with letters, newsletters, and general communications

• Must be familiar with using Arbor
