Buyer (Supply Chain)

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

We're looking for a hands-on Buyer to take ownership of purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock flow across our D2C and retail channels.

This is a very operational role. You'll be responsible for turning forecasts into purchase orders, working directly with suppliers, and making sure products land on time and in full.

What you'll be doing

* Build and maintain demand forecasts across D2C and retail

* Convert forecasts into purchase orders and buying plans

* Work directly with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and availability

* Manage inbound supply from international suppliers

* Coordinate with freight forwarders and 3PL to ensure smooth delivery

* Monitor stock levels and availability across SKUs

* Proactively manage risks and resolve supply issues quickly

* Continuously improve processes as the business scales

What we're looking for

* Experience in a Buyer / Purchasing / Procurement role

* Proven experience raising and managing purchase orders (POs)

* Experience working directly with suppliers

* Strong understanding of lead times, MOQs, and stock planning

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

* Someone proactive who takes ownership and gets things done

Nice to have

* Experience with international suppliers (ideally Far East)

* FMCG / food / consumer goods background

* Exposure to freight, imports, or 3PL

* Experience in a D2C or high-growth business
