Project Manager (Building Experience)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager specialising in large-scale Construction experience; to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre, Life Sciences, Aviation and other projects across the UK & Europe, this role is based in Hertfordshire and supporting projects locally.

This role is paying between £60k to £70k annually. This is working a usual Monday to Friday routine (40 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc…)

You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar with experience managing master construction programmes, determining & organising staff resource for your project, ensuring project costs are managed and packages are tightly controlled, managing and maintaining position relationships with the client team and more…

• Must have previous Project Management experience specialising in large scale Construction & Building projects.
• Must have full right to work in the UK WITHOUT sponsorship
• Ideally looking for someone with experience across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar as the client is a specialist in these industries.
• Strong experience working with site & construction-based teams.
• An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
