Class 1 HGV Driver - Ad Hoc Shop Deliveries (Lockerbie) 🚛

We're looking for experienced Class 1 (Category C+E) drivers based in or around Lockerbie to join our team on an ad hoc basis, delivering to retail shops.

Pay Rates:

• Standard Days (Mon-Fri): £19.00 per hour

• Saturdays: £20.00 per hour

• Sundays: £22.34 per hour

Hours & Shifts:

• Start times typically 4:00-5:00am

• Average shift: 8 hours

• Ad hoc - work as and when required

Job Details:

• Store deliveries (palletised goods)

• Occasional manual handling may be required

• Deliveries mainly to local and regional areas

• Professional, customer-facing role

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Minimum 12 months' experience driving Class 1 vehicles

• Good knowledge of UK road networks and drivers' hours regulations

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
