A fantastic PA role has become available in a well established and well recognised Private Equity company based in magnificent offices in Soho. The company has a great work culture and a positive and progressive workplace with excellent career progression.
The role is a varied Team PA role supporting a small team of 4/5 Execs need an approachable PA who is adaptable, willing to learn and muck in who has high attention to detail with ideally 2 years previous admin experience.
Support to 4/5 Execs:
Diary management, booking travel and accommodation, assisting with any adhoc tasks requested, booking couriers and taxis, printing and binding as requested, proactively managing the execs day and diaries to ensure that any clashes or any possible future issues are noticed in advance, being an approachable team member with a can-do attitude, report team’s IT issues to TMB and manage the issues until there is a resolution. Managing expenses for the support team and your execs, to include logging of receipts, details and chasing any information in relation to this and Portfolio archiving.
Additionally, there will also event management in this role and working alongside the PA team to organise large events for the company. You must have a flexible attitude as you will be required to cover reception when needed so a warm and welcoming attitude is essential.
