The Job:

Due to increased business and expansion of their team in central Bristol they are looking for an Accounts + Office Administrator.  This is a varied role where you will be responsible for the day to day administration of the office, such as answering the telephone, dealing with post and ordering stationery as well as accounts and finance duties such as invoicing, updating data on spreadsheets (Excel) and monthly and ad-hoc invoicing for clients. 

This is working in their finance team (4 people).   .

Duties include:

•             Collating transactional sales data and processing invoices

•             Facilitating the hardware repairs processing and invoicing customers

•             Monthly maintenance invoicing and renewal notifications

•             Maintaining good relationships with customers and managing customer queries on maintenance and transactional invoicing

•             Managing the incoming and outgoing post

•             Ordering stationery for the office

•             Travel & event bookings

•             Managing the office suppliers (consumables, PAT testing, repairs, electricity, water)

•             Managing rental renewals / leases

•             Managing calls to the office

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone who has some administration experience and an interest in finance and accounts.   Ideally you will be suited to working in a fast-paced office environment, have the ability to manage competing priorities, be proactive and maintain a friendly, professional manner. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential

Strong organisational abilities, experience of working to tight deadlines with a hands-on approach
Previous office administration experience is essential
Excellent attention to detail

Intermediate user of Excel with the ability to store and sort data
Tech savvy with experience of using IT system (training on our system will be provided)
Previous sales invoicing experience advantageous
Good sense of humour, with the ability to create and maintain excellent communication between different stakeholders
Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with different stakeholders throughout the organisation
The Location:

Central Bristol (some home working is available but ideally office based and some days car parking may be available)

The Salary:

Up to £23,000 + Study Support if required

The Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (flexible on start and finish times and short lunch breaks)
