A leading care provider is seeking a dynamic and visionary Care Director to shape and oversee their expanding residential portfolio for Young people & Young Adults. You'll be the driving force behind service quality, safeguarding, growth, and stakeholder engagement.
Key focus:

Lead Registered/Home Managers, inspire accountability and excellence
*
Ensure homes meet and exceed CQC & Ofsted standards
*
Develop new services, manage regulatory compliance and risk
*
Chair key governance and safeguarding meetings
*
Build strong partnerships with local authorities and commissioners
*
Influence business growth and sector innovation
Essential:
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
*
At least 5 years' senior leadership in Mental Health and or Challenging Behaviour services
*
Strong regulatory knowledge, experience with CQC & Ofsted inspections
*
Strategic communication and operational skills
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
