We're Hiring: Quality Engineer

Salary: From £45,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-14:00

Join our top client, a leader in large composite structures and GRP mouldings, working with top-tier clients like Rolls Royce, BAE, Airbus, Sunseeker, and Siemens. We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to drive product excellence and process improvement.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead quality planning for new projects
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions
• Oversee inspections, audits, and manufacturing quality sign-offs
• Collaborate across Engineering, Production, and Customers
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and support cross-functional teams

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong experience in manufacturing quality (ISO9001, AS9100)

• A passion for driving quality improvements and team collaboration

• Skills in inspection, root cause analysis, and documentation (FAIRs, QMS audits)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T knowledge a plus)

• Proactive leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
