We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Operative to join a well-established Hotel in the Lancashire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience looking to join a supportive and professional environment. The role involves working within a small on-site team to maintain a high standard of facilities for guests and staff alike.

Requirements

Experience in general building maintenance including basic plumbing, electrics, painting, carpentry, and handyman tasks

Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to work

A core trade qualification is desirable but not essential

Flexible to support occasional weekend needs and callout cover
