About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher with TimePlan Education, you will:
✨ Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual needs
✨ Support pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD or PMLD
✨ Work closely with support staff, therapists, and school leaders
✨ Create a safe, nurturing, and motivating learning environment
✨ Use creative strategies to promote progress, independence, and engagement

What We're Looking For:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
✔ Experience working in an SEN setting (school or specialist provision)
✔ Strong behaviour management and adaptive teaching skills
✔ A positive, patient, and resilient approach
✔ Passion for inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
