We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Provide excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues and concerns quickly but with respect and compassion
  • Executive data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Process administrative paperwork within the guidelines established

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center or other related fields
  • Computer skills and data entry experience a must
  • Excellence in phone communications, multi-tasking
  • Outgoing, positive, energetic, professional, confident people
  • Dedicated long term employee
  • Passion for being part of a team
  • Minimum of a GED and some customer service experience
