We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team!
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Provide excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues and concerns quickly but with respect and compassion
- Executive data entry accurately and efficiently
- Process administrative paperwork within the guidelines established
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center or other related fields
- Computer skills and data entry experience a must
- Excellence in phone communications, multi-tasking
- Outgoing, positive, energetic, professional, confident people
- Dedicated long term employee
- Passion for being part of a team
- Minimum of a GED and some customer service experience
