REED Education are delighted to be supporting a respected and progressive secondary school in the Welwyn Garden City area in their search for a passionate English/Drama Teacher. This is a full-time role starting mid-March 2026, running through to July 2026.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Teach English and Drama across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
• Support pupils of all abilities to achieve their best
• Work collaboratively with the English and Drama departments
• Contribute to the school’s positive and inclusive culture

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally QTS, but strong non-QTS candidates will also be considered
• Experience teaching English and/or Drama at secondary level
• Confident classroom management
• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching
