We are seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join a well-established Nursing and Residential Care Home in Rugby. The home provides high-quality long-term and respite care, including specialist support for residents living with dementia, in a welcoming and person-centred environment.

With approximately 30 beds, this smaller service allows for a close-knit, family-style atmosphere, giving staff the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and make a real difference every day. Modern facilities, private en-suite rooms, and attractive outdoor spaces ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in care while contributing to a supportive and professional team.

  • Promoting residents’ social and emotional wellbeing
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team
