What is your focus as a Site Manager?

You will be responsible for managing the maintenance operation at the Yusen site, ensuring all service agreement commitments are met while maintaining a strong health and safety culture. You will lead and develop the on-site engineering team in line with our company values, foster strong customer relationships, and drive continuous operational and system improvements.

What are your key responsibilities?

* Manage site maintenance operations, ensuring performance meets or exceeds contractual commitments

* Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement across the site team

* Enhance and uphold a strong Health & Safety culture

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with the customer's management and leadership teams

* Use Reflex, Analytex, and 3rd party software to analyse data, drive improvements, and report performance

* Lead the site team by example, ensuring high engagement and professional development

* Plan and schedule work packages to maintain high system availability

* Liaise with internal teams and manage 3rd party supplier relationships effectively

* Take ownership of initiatives to eliminate poor processes and system non-conformities

What are we looking for?

* Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline

* At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment

* Strong background in automation, warehouse management systems, and data analysis

* Skilled in using CMMS systems such as Service Geeni

* Competent Microsoft 365 user
