The Role - Teaching Assistant

In this role as a Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to a pupil in Key Stage 2 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your role will involve supporting the child's learning, managing behaviour positively, and helping with social and emotional development throughout the school day.The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and confident in using strategies to support children with additional needs. Experience working with ASD in a school or specialist setting is highly desirable.
