A Local Authority based in the South East is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner or Assistant Team Manager to help manage their MASH Team

This is a good opportunity for candidates who are looking to step up into management as the hiring manager is accepting CV's from candidate with extensive experience as a Senior Practitioner. Those candidates who are stepping up will receive strong support and mentorship from their line manager and wider management team.
This is an expanding service which is possibly being expanded to incorporate other services such as Adult service and Mental Health. As a manager in the team you will have the opportunity to really be involved in the expansion of the service and will have the chance to bring your own ideas to the table, suggesting ideas as to how to make the change.
As this is a dedicated MASH service Social Workers in the team will not be holding a case load and hours of work are generally fixed between 09:00 - 17:00 with the opportunity to work flexibly.
To be considered for this post you should have extensive MASH experience at Senior Practitioner or Assistant Team Manager level.
