Retrofit Assessor - Kidderminster

TSA Surveying are partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit Retrofit Assessors for social housing assessments across Kidderminster.

Work volumes are currently sporadic, typically ranging from 2 up to 5 appointments per week, with the expectation that volume may increase in the new financial year.
This role requires completing on site visits, including returning to properties for post -EPC assessments where required.

What's involved:
 
* 2-5 assessments per week (workload may increase)
* On‑site EPC and post‑EPC visits
* Travel to and from properties required

What we're looking for:

* Qualified Retrofit Assessor
* Experience with social housing (preferred)
* Elmhurst accreditation 
* Reliable, flexible and confident working independently
* Level 3 Certificate of older and traditional buildings
