Working Hours: 6:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals to join our team as Potato Graders at our busy site on Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a hands-on role involving produce grading, housekeeping, and general site support.

• Sorting and grading potatoes by size and quality
• Identifying and removing damaged or unsuitable produce
• General tidying of the grading area, including:
  • Sweeping floors
  • Shovelling and clearing away old or waste potatoes
  • Keeping walkways and workstations clear
• Building crates and containers for potato storage and transport
• Heavy lifting as required
• Working efficiently as part of a fast‑paced production team
• Maintaining safe working practices

• Good attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Physically able to carry out heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in
• Team‑focused attitude
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Must be able to drive to access the site (no public transport available)

• £12.71 hourly rate
