Leaders in Care is looking for an experienced Paediatric Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist provider as part of their exciting growth plans. This community-based remote role is located in the Sussex catchment area and comes with a generous salary of up to £36,500 per annum and many excellent benefits including a company car or car allowance up to £4,800.

Overseeing a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patients per day, providing excellent standards of education and clinical care
Working in close partnership with local NHS services
Focusing on IV therapy in the comfort of the patient's home.

A Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in community-based work (desirable but not essential)
Experience within the acute setting
To be competent in the administration of IV treatments
