Employal is working with an established manufacturing business who due to growth is looking to add a Production Support Coordinator to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a customer supporting role.

The role

Preparing accurate estimates and quotations for projects using bespoke software
Handling technical queries from clients via phone and email
Processing orders and passing accurate details onto the Production team
Updating bespoke CRM daily
Providing day-to-day support to the external field sales team
Assisting the production team to ensure smooth project deliveryThe candidate

Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product specifications
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with bespoke software/CRM systems
