£40,000 base generous commission (OTE £60,000–£80,000)
We’re working with a market-leading financial intermediary in the commercial finance sector that’s looking to expand its high-performing inside sales team. If you're passionate about helping SMEs access the right funding solutions, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact. Full financial knowledge training will be provided so we are open to considering individuals without finance experience but must have experience working within consultative telesales.
The Role:
You’ll be managing warm inbound enquiries from business owners seeking invoice finance solutions. This isn’t cold calling—it’s consultative, solution-driven sales. You’ll assess client needs, match them to the right lenders from a wide panel, and ensure a smooth journey from enquiry through to funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and advise on invoice finance products and industry developments
- Refer qualified leads to appropriate finance providers based on client criteria
- Build proposals via CRM to communicate business needs to lenders
- Maintain a pipeline, liaising with lenders and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Track daily activities and prioritise workload using Salesforce
- Follow up with clients to ensure clarity and support in decision-making
