Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for Support Workers on behalf of a valued private client in Tadley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting individuals with complex needs in a rewarding and person-centred environment.

Location: Tadley, Hampshire

Salary: £24,829 per annum (pro rata)
Full-time hours available

Driving Requirement: Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for a minimum of 2 years, as successful candidates will be expected and willing to drive a manual service vehicle.

About the Role: You will be supporting both female and male adults with a range of complex health needs and learning disabilities. The individuals you support are looking to build active, fulfilling lives both at home and in their local community.

Your role will involve:
