Rate: £10.90 PAYE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Metering Works Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of metering works under the IWDS contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in meeting client KPIs and PIs while ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Result Areas/Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule all metering works to meet Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPI deadlines.
Provide timely feedback and updates into the client system within specified SLAs.
Maintain accurate reports to support planning and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Continuously monitor and enhance jeopardy management tools.
Collaborate with Managers to determine field staffing levels required to manage workload fluctuations.
Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary to fulfill business requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achieve a 95% completion rate for all Meter Exchange Works within 60 days of work order receipt.
Attain a 90% completion rate for all Meter Maintenance Work within 30 days of work order receipt.
Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in IT skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong numeracy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Possession of a full driving license.
