Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Project Manager. Location: Chelmsford, Essex. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to employ an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Project Manager. You will be working on Healthcare, Industerial, Local Authority, Retail, and Leisure sites, carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties. You will also be managing and maintaining various projects and carrying out training on site for new and existing clients. Overall, they are looking for a candidate who is an 'all-rounder' with excellent hands-on experience as well as the ability to efficiently manage people and contracts. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Maldon, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Harlow, Braintree, Colchester, Romford, Rainham, Saffron Walden, Clacton-on-Sea, Dartford, Gravesend, Gillingham, Chatham, Croydon, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Royal Tonbridge Wells. Experience & Qualifications: " Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 and / or RSPH equivalent qualifications. " Experience carrying out surveying and analytical duties for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company. " Will have excellent management, technical skills. " In-depth knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Holding CoCA / CCP qualification would be beneficial. " Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Excellent communication and time management skills. The Role:" 4 stage clearances. " Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing. " ACM sampling. " Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. " Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. " Producing quotations and tenders for clients. " Carrying out training on site for new and existing clients." Carrying out site audits in line with client needs. " Managing and maintaining projects across Healthcare, Industrial, Local Authority, Retail and Leisure sites. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Gathering information from site to produce detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
