A well-established and highly respected construction company with a rich history of delivering high-quality refurbishment and new build projects across various sectors including Education, Commercial, Leisure and Healthcare are looking for a Project Manager to join their team and deliver projects up to 10m. They are happy to consider experienced Senior Site Managers looking for that next career step.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the operational delivery of construction projects to programme, budget, and quality standards.
Lead and coordinate all site-based activities, subcontractors, and direct labour.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety policies and CDM regulations.
Monitor site progress, report performance, and proactively mitigate delays or risks.
Maintain excellent client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site.
Champion high standards of workmanship, sustainability, and innovation.Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager role with a main contractor.
Background in delivering new build and refurbishment projects across a wide range of sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
