Our client, a leading grower, importer, and packer of fresh salad crops supplying wholesalers, processors, and retailers, is looking for a Quality Controller Operative to join their team based in Hampton Lucy.

What We're Looking For

* Good understanding of English (essential)

* Computer literate and confident using QC/dispatch software

* A strong team player with great attention to detail

* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience in food production is desirable - full training will be provided for the right candidate

* Experience with powered pedestrian trucks is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out quality intake checks and assign scores

* Complete secondary product, packaging, and label checks

* Conduct positive release assessments

* Monitor stock quality to ensure customer standards are met

* Maintain accurate QC records and documentation

* Support internal audits and staff training

* Follow company health & safety policies at all times
