Residential Property Fee Earner - All Levels Considered

I am currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to expand its Residential Property team. They are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving property team, handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

* Re-mortgages

* Transfers of equity

* Shared ownership transactions

* Right to buy and lease extensions

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Experience in Residential Conveyancing (all levels of PQE and non-qualified backgrounds considered)

* Ability to manage a full caseload independently or as part of a team

* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and compliance requirements

* High levels of speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

* Excellent client care and communication skills

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
