My client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to form a deep understanding of their customers and partners and use this to improve the products, services and experiences they offer, as part of a major transformation programme.

The following skills/experience is required:
- Experience implementing complaints management systems
- Experience in supporting the design of customer-focused operating models
- Understanding of customer experience measurement techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Previously worked in Financial Services (desirable but not essential)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + package
