Salary: £55000.00 - £55000.00

My client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to form a deep understanding of their customers and partners and use this to improve the products, services and experiences they offer, as part of a major transformation programme.

This is a very exciting newly created role within the business and one in which you can really make your mark.

The following skills/experience is required:

  • Experience implementing complaints management systems
  • Experience in supporting the design of customer-focused operating models
  • Understanding of customer experience measurement techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previously worked in Financial Services (desirable but not essential)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + package

Location: London
