Transport Administrator

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key player in a fast-paced transport operation? We're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our client's team in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics.

Key Responsibilities of this Transport Administrator role:

Provide administrative support to the transport team
Input and manage data using transport management systems
Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely departures and arrivals
Monitor and resolve delivery or dispatch issues
Prepare and manage paperwork including manifests and delivery notes
Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulationsSkills required for this Transport Administrator role:

Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or warehouse admin role (desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesDetails of this Transport Administrator role:

Weekly pay at £13.14 per hour

Rotating shifts (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm)
