We are a franchise group for a well-respected, nationally recognized fast food restaurant. Our current need is for a restaurant manager in the Long Island area with the capability to grow into a GM role in the short or long term as we continue to expand! The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a strong guest base, motivating and developing crew members and a passion for guest service. Candidates need to have at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a food-service concept.
Restaurant Managers Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years salaried management experience.
- Managers are hands-on with this group
- Strong in both the kitchen as well as interaction with the guest
- Hospitality focused approach to the restaurant
