We are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Operative for our client.

Duties will include:

• General site maintenance, routine maintenance, cosmetic upkeep and preventative maintenance & project works.
• Carrying out minor structural repairs patch plastering, painting and decorating
• Basic carpentry experience including installing stud walls, doors & frames, architraves, skirtings, locks, kitchen units etc.
• Basic plumbing, including installing & maintaining sanitary ware.
• Identifying and reporting any faults or maintenance issues
• Ensuring all work are completed to a high standard while adhering to Health and Safety regulations

The Person:

• To be considered for this role, you should be an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Operative with a proven track record in maintenance and repair work within commercial environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in general building maintenance repairs & projects.
• Basic carpentry and joinery skills 1st and 2nd fix, and finals
• Basic plumbing experience
• Knowledge of painting, decorating and finishing works
• Ability to work independently and effectively under minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS Card Holder (advantageous)
• DBS Clearance (advantageous)
