The Role

They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Administrator to join the London-based legal and corporate governance team. You'll work directly with the Head of Legal, supporting all aspects of legal compliance, corporate governance, and day-to-day legal operations.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, high-performing team with broad exposure across the business - from property operations to investment, governance, and beyond.


Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and filing statutory documents with Companies House

  • Maintaining accurate company and shareholder records

  • Managing KYC documentation and liaising with international teams

  • Organising document execution and legal filing systems (SharePoint)

  • Supporting legal budget management and processing invoices

  • Assisting with due diligence, unit sales paperwork, and property transactions

  • Populating standard legal templates (e.g. NDAs, tenancy agreements)

  • Performing legal research and tracking deadlines across projects
