What's the role about?
As Shift Engineering Supervisor, you'll be hands-on and team-facing - splitting your time between working on the tools and leading from the front. You'll ensure your team is well-supported, motivated, and delivering high standards across the shift.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of 6 engineers, while staying hands-on and supporting with larger, more technical breakdowns
• Delegating workload, managing handovers, and ensuring reactive and planned maintenance are completed efficiently
• Driving performance, safety, and development, making sure the team meets engineering and site expectations
• Getting involved in ongoing site projects, helping implement improvements across equipment, layout, and processes
• Contributing to a site that's on the rise, with big investment, new technology, and a strong future vision

What you'll bring:

• Relevant Engineering Qualification
• Strong mechanical/electrical skillset (PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.)
• Supervisory experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
