Your ability to build positive relationships with students and staff will be key in helping to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide classroom support to teachers, assisting in the delivery of lessons and helping students with their learning.- Lead small group interventions, providing targeted support to students who require additional help.- Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum.- Take on responsibility for supervising classes during short-term teacher absence, ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained.- Assist in the preparation and development of teaching materials and resources.- Support with the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.- Build positive relationships with students, supporting their emotional and social development.About You:- We are looking for a passionate and committed individual who is dedicated to supporting students in their learning journey.
