Engineering Technician - Sterile Products Facility

Salary: £37,272 + £9,324 shift allowance + £1,404 gowning allowance Shift Pattern: 4-on-4-off rota (DAYS ONLY)

About the Role
Are you a mechanically biased Engineering Technician with experience in aseptic filling areas and a passion for making a real difference? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, providing engineering support within Grade A, B, and C sterile environments.

You'll work on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, supporting the production of life-changing products for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Operate in compliance with cGMP and UK regulations.
Perform size and component changeovers on washing, filling, and sealing machines for vial and ampoule production.
Carry out day-to-day maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance on sterile production equipment.
Proactively manage lines to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
Identify and implement improvements in processes, equipment, safety, and efficiency.What We're Looking For

Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (multi-skilled preferred).
Strong fault-finding, rectification, and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical engineering and regulatory standards.
Experience working in Grade A, B, and C pharmaceutical environments.
Practical knowledge of reliability engineering and continuous improvement principles.
