Customer Service & Export Coordinator Leeds | Manufacturing Sector | Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with experience in export coordination? We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service & Export Coordinator to join a dynamic manufacturing business in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the order process
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Prepare and manage all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to coordinate international shipments
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any shipping or customs-related issues
- Maintain accurate records using ERP/CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in a customer service and/or export coordination role, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of international shipping processes and export documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
