Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality EYFS learning activities
Assist in planning and implementing creative and stimulating lessons in line with the EYFS framework
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to observations and assessments
Support children with additional needs where required
Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsRequirements

Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years (essential)
Experience working within an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
