We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a groundworks and civil engineering package on a major scheme in Bishops Stortford. This is a long-term position with a strong pipeline of secured projects to follow in and around the M25.

The successful candidate must come from a strong groundworks, civils and reinforced concrete (RC) background, with proven experience delivering large packages from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full groundworks and civils package on site

Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget

*

Managing RC structures, drainage, foundations and associated infrastructure

*

Liaising with clients, consultants and senior management

Requirements:

*

Proven track record as a Project Manager within groundworks and civil engineering

*

Experience managing large-scale groundwork packages

*

SMSTS and CSCS (Black/Professional) required

*

Strong leadership and communication skills
