About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support all aspects of HR within the business. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support across the business
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Advise managers on HR policies and employment law
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement
Requirements
- CIPD Level 4 qualification (minimum)
- Proven HR experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is desirable
